Employer Obligation
A workplace standard built on safety, happiness, and sustainable contribution.
The only obligation an employer has to an employee is to provide an environment in which employees can be safe, happy, and productive. From there, it's the employee's responsibility to ensure they contribute to making that workplace sustainable for everyone involved.
